A whimsical space of timber-framed kitchen with regency cutout and ceiling of acoustical snowflakes offers a cutting-edge dining experience for the starry NYC eatery. Cozy wing-back chairs and banquette seating offers a more formal dining experience and by far one of the better hotel-based eateries to ever arrive in Aspen.

With an EMP staff flown in for winter thanks to American Express, menus offer locally sourced charcuterie boards, fondue, chicken duck terrine and winter spcialties that only Daniel Humm could dream-up.
